Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people. A double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a furnished kitchen with an induction cooktop and microwave. Salt and sugar are available. There is a filter with ionized water. You can wash your clothes if necessary in the washer and dryer. No soap or softener will be available. Closet with hangers. Bed and bath linens will be available. A comfortable place for those who come to POA for both leisure and work. The location is great! Close to the most bohemian part of the city and also downtown. Building with 24-hour doorman and elevator. THERE IS NO GARAGE IN THE BUILDING, but right next door there is a rotating parking lot for those who come by car. The apartment is accessed through a smart lock with a password that will be made available at check-in. We accept small dogs. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS. We provide a feeder and a water fountain. Litter box and other items must be brought. The tenant is responsible for removing their garbage and leaving the apartment organized, as it was found.
