The first floor rooms have ceiling fans, the second floor rooms have a floor fan. The house has 6 rooms, in the case of renting a room the common areas are shared with the other guests in case there are other reservations. The house has two very friendly dogs and a kitten (in case you don't like pets, they have their own space). For the safety and good conservation of the property, the maximum capacity is 14 guests. Guest access The house is reserved entirely for you and your companions, and we have staff who are at your disposal to support you! Beach access is direct. It is VERY IMPORTANT to remove sand before entering the property. There's a hose on the stairs to do it. BEACH We have a rustic awning at your disposal, beach chairs, 8 chairs, a folding table, cooler, net, volleyball and soccer ball, so you can enjoy yourself to the fullest. COMMON AREAS We have a bluetooth / usb speaker, ping-pong table and board games at your disposal. KITCHEN We have a large fully equipped kitchen area with two four-burner stoves, two large refrigerators with top freezer, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, jugs, tappers, coffee maker, pots, cooking utensils. In addition, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. GRILL / DINING ROOM In the grill area, we have a stainless steel grill with a Chinese box. The dining room table has space for 14 guests We have a half bathroom next to the terrace for added convenience. Other things to note Kitchen: We include the service of a personal Chef who will prepare whatever you want from the menu to choose from.
