Cozy studio basement apartment. It is in a great location! 1 mile from downtown/Mayo Clinic and 1.5 miles from Saint Mary's Hospital. It's also near parks, trails, restaurants, and shopping. The space This is a studio, efficiency apartment with a private entrance in the back of the apartment building. When you walk in, there is a large room with a medium-firm memory foam queen bed, Flexsteel loveseat, TV with Roku Stick, small dining table, and laundry area. Just past this room is a small kitchenette. One step up to the right of the kitchen leads to an office area, shower room, and half bath. There is a window air conditioner, and baseboard electric heat to keep you comfortable. There is not cable TV, but there is a Roku stick that will allow you to log into your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) There is a window air conditioner that is available when the outside temperature is consistently above 60F. Electric baseboard heaters are installed in every area of the apartment and you can adjust them to your comfort level. There is also a dehumidifier and box fan available in the apartment. The driveway is used by the other tenants in the building. There is free street parking available for this unit. During the winter months (Nov 1-Apr 1), alternate side parking is in effect so guests will need to park on the correct side of the street during those dates. This will mean moving your vehicle to the opposite side by the end of each day. Other things to note This is a basement apartment of a triplex. Being an apartment building, there is the potential that you may hear voices/movement from the other apartments. Community quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
