The space What you'll love about The Gathering Ranch: - 5 Bedrooms + 4 Bathrooms (Sleeps 12 comfortably) - Soaring ceilings, open-concept living, and 4200 sq ft of space - Chef-ready granite kitchen and full dining area - Cozy rock fireplace and oversized seating area - 30x70ft patio with fireplace + seating for stargazing or storytelling - Separate fire pit near the house for marshmallows - Sauna and hot-tub for deep relaxation - Front & back gathering porches with stunning views of the countryside - Washer/dryer access for your convenience Guest access Parking is everywhere and easy on the ranch. Walking paths around the entire property. Camping available at $25/night at the back of the property in the trees with picnic tables & fire rings. (Be aware of fires bans). The venue tent is off-limits during your stay, unless discussed otherwise with the hosts for additional costs. No swimming or fishing in the pond. During your stay Hosts will be out of the house in an RV outback on the property. They are venue owners and will occasionally be seen on-site. Do not hesitate to ask them for help with anything around or in the house. Other things to note Because The Gathering Ranch is also an event venue we may have events in the summer but there is plenty of room for everyone. Guests just may enjoy a free night of music or fire pit gatherings every night at 8:00 pm with S'mores. House is not available when weddings are booked, no exceptions.
