The space This apartment offers you an extremely cozy atmosphere to enjoy the exceptional view from the tenth floor. The decor and comfort of the furniture was designed precisely to achieve that effect. The bedroom - also with a nice view, spacious closets with appropriate hooks, smart TV and is equipped with premium linens. You'll find two flashlights, also power strips for your equipment and a portable heater. The kitchen - is fully equipped with everything you need: top quality dishes, glassware and cooking items. The small table is very nice for breakfast or you can use the dining table to enjoy the view. The bathroom - all covered in marble, with luxury faucets, spacious and with a very comfortable shower with bar. One set of towels per person (including one colored one for the pool) *Housekeeping service is offered during the stay at an additional cost, subject to availability (it is recommended to request it before the day of Check-in) *Shuttle service is offered at an additional cost, subject to availability (request before check-in day) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment 10-west, except for certain closets that are with the owner's personal belongings and locked. Access to the pool and its garden is on the ground floor (GF). The hours of use for the pool and communal areas are from 7AM TO 6PM MONDAY TO SUNDAY. Monday and Thursday from 12 noon onwards the pool is closed for maintenance. Notify the doorman in advance by the intercom (located in the kitchen) to remove the pool cover Other things to note -The hot water in the shower has instructions placed in the bathroom -The living-dining room windows have blinds due to the very strong sun that is noticeable from noon. If they are kept down with the blinds completely horizontal, they are lost to view and almost unnoticeable. They can be fully opened if desired. As a courtesy, and if possible, we ask that you close them when leaving to protect the furniture and art from the sun -You'll find the fire extinguisher in the kitchen -For long stays, the apartment will be cleaned once a week (every three or four days) at no additional cost -The building requests a PHOTO ID of the person responsible for the reservation -The building has security cameras, and the apartment also has them at the two entrances (main and service) *Housekeeping service is offered during the stay at an additional cost, subject to availability (it is recommended to request it before the day of Check-in) *Shuttle service is offered at an additional cost, subject to availability (request before check-in day)
