House on the banks of the Passo Fundo River, 10 km from Campinas do Sul- RS. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 suite and 2 more large bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The suite has a sofa bed, plus two extra mattresses. We have a wooden aerial ladder, in the middle of the trees which gives access to a wooden deck in front of the lake with an umbrella, tables and chairs. Internal 220V outlets. • Living and dining room with 43" smart TV, open channels and large aluminum sliding doors that open onto the terrace. It includes a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs. • Gourmet space with two barbecues and a table for 10 people, plus a smaller table for breakfast. • Large deck with private pool, whirlpool, solar heating, stainless steel shower, table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, wooden swing for two people and umbrella. • Terrace overlooking the lake. Now we also have a new environment: • Spa with whirlpool for up to 6 people. • Wood-burning fireplace. • Pool table. • Perfect space for beautiful photos 😍 Access to the lake is via a wooden aerial staircase, among the trees, which leads to a floating deck with an umbrella, tables and chairs, ideal for fishing. The space we rent is located on the upper floor and is completely private (there is no access between the floors). The sunset is unforgettable, and at night you can see stars that you haven't seen in a long time. It's the perfect place for visits and returns with family and friends. Other observations: • Maximum number of people: 10. • For each extra person, please contact us to check availability and conditions. • The house is not available for parties and events. • We do not provide towels and toiletries. • Unauthorized visitors are prohibited. • The circulation and parking of cars and motorcycles on the edge of the dam, in front of the lots and on empty land are prohibited. • Loud noise is not allowed after 10 p.m. • Visiting houses without residents is not allowed. Important: For some holidays, it is necessary to rent a minimum number of nights, such as 3 nights for Carnival and 3 nights for New Year's Eve.
