The space The accommodation is an apartment located on the 1st floor (steps) in a small urbanization with a beautiful community pool area maintained all year round (unheated pool). Access to the large terrace of 30 m2 (really rare and ideal exposure!), with garden furniture, barbecue, hammock and laundry rack. A new large collapsible blind has been laid this spring to better protect you from the sun when you want to. Guest access Entire accommodation and common areas: gardens and pool area (deckchair, parasols in season). The pool is not heated, but available and maintained year-round. In the apartment you will find cleaning products, condiments, tea and coffee, shampoo and shower gel... to facilitate your arrival. We ask you to replace any that you have used by the end of your stay, in order to offer the same comfort to everyone. Thank you in advance! Check-ins and checkouts are done independently by key box. We are reachable. Routine cleaning is included in the price of your rental. However, there are small things to do before you leave: the accommodation will be tidy (everything must be put back in its place), dishes will be made and put away (empty dishwasher), garbage cans emptied including recycling (collection points are very close). Vacuum sand and hair. The grill grill will be washed and the ashtray emptied. Sheets will be folded on the beds, as well as towels and linens. The accommodation must be returned in good conditions. If this is not the case, the overrun of the cleaning fee will be requested via the resolution center (€20/hour per professional).
