Ideal location to discover Menorca, Biosfère Reserve (Unesco): Close to the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island and Cami de Cavalls for hikers! The space The accommodation is an apartment located on the 1st floor (steps) in a small urbanization with a beautiful community pool area maintained all year round (unheated pool). Access to the large terrace of 30 m2 (really rare and ideal exposure!), with garden furniture, barbecue, hammock and laundry rack. A new large collapsible blind has been laid this spring to better protect you from the sun when you want to. Entrance, living room with sofa (comfortable and meridian), 39 inch TV, dining table and 4 chairs, very well equipped kitchen (ceramic vitro hobs, sink, refrigerator combined with a large part freezer, microwave and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, citrus press, robot for slicing and grinding, dishes, baby dishes... Bathroom with shower and sink with furniture, WC. Corridor with reversible AC. A bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) , wardrobe with iron and ironing board, shelves and wardrobe, 2 nightstands, 1 24 inch TV and a wall fan with remote control. A bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm) + a single bed on the mezzanine (90 x 200 cm, suitable for a child of 6 years and over, European standards) or possibly the place for a travel cot (which will be attached to the double bed), wardrobe, storage, and wall fan with remote control. We are very attached to your comfort and have equipped this accommodation with harmonious decoration, linens and dishes in every detail. Let yourself relax as a couple or family! Guest access Entire accommodation and common areas: gardens and pool area (deckchair, parasols in season). The pool is not heated, but available and maintained year-round. In the apartment you will find cleaning products, condiments, tea and coffee, shampoo and shower gel... to facilitate your arrival. We ask you to replace any that you have used by the end of your stay, in order to offer the same comfort to everyone. Thank you in advance! Check-ins and checkouts are done independently by key box. We are reachable. Check-in after 6 p.m., check-out before 1 p.m. Possibility to recharge your electric car (IBERDROLA charging station for a fee) 200 m from the accommodation. Other things to note Childcare equipment on request in advance for free: baby bed with mattress and sheets, highchair with shelf, bath ring, bath deckchair. The baby bed is attached to the double bed, note that there is no space between. The loft bed in the 2nd bedroom is approved for children over 6 years old. If there are 3 children, 2 will sleep in the double bed and 1 in the loft bed. Beach equipment: beach towels and umbrellas. No parties, no animals. Family atmosphere desired. Discretion between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Swimming pool accessible from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., no drinks, food and speakers near the pool. Non-smoking accommodation. You can smoke or use your e-cigarette outside, on the terrace, without restriction. Routine cleaning is included in the rental price, as well as laundry. However, there are a few things to do before you leave: the accommodation will be tidied (everything must be put back in its place), dishes will be done and stored (dishwasher empty), bins emptied including recycling (collection points are very close). Vacuum sand and hair. The barbecue grill will be washed and the ashtray emptied. Sheets will be folded on the beds, as well as towels and linens. The property must be returned in good condition. If this is not the case, the excess cleaning fee will be requested through the resolution center (€20/hour by professionals). We've never had to ask for our other rentals in France, we're counting on you! Tourist tax (ecotasa) will be collected by bank transfer one week before your arrival.
