To the point. Very Clean / All New The basement locks 1 current female tenant with a cat and a dog - both friendly. She works shift work so she will be gone time to time. You will share the kitchen, so cooking to be done upstairs, shared laundry & dining room. She has the upstairs; you will have the basement. Large TV for binge nights & a desk to catch up on errands. House has fiber optic internet & prime. Medium softness - bed, UG bedding! The space The basement was just completed and is kept in great shape, everything is still new! My goal is to make this the best basement suite on airbnb so, all your reviews are important to me! Your living room: As you walk downstairs, there is a bar setup with a mini fridge for all your belongings you need to store. Walking into the living space where you'll have a full 6-piece sectional, a 60" TV with a sound bar and a PS4 for the gamers out there. A large corner desk is setup for you with an ergonomic chair. Your bedroom: The bed is a comfortable queen size medium/softness bed which comes with a mattress protector which is changed after every stay to ensure cleanliness. You have a walk-in closet with a California set installed; behind that I added a spare room for any extra storage you'd like to toss in there. The rest of the house: Everything else will be shared with a friendly female tenant who owns a small dog & a cat. She works shift work, when she leaves the animals go to a sitter so there is potential to have the house to yourself but, plan for a visitor. On that note, the basement has a lock on it to ensure that you feel safe and secure in your cozy stay. Upstairs the kitchen should have everything you need to make you feel at home, if there is something missing - share with me, I'd like to work with your needs to provide the best stay. Large table with a patio door if you don't feel like secluding yourself to the basement, you're welcome to hangout anywhere in the house. (Upstairs off limits as it is just a bedroom). Moving to the living room, there is a cozy chair with a bundle of books & a lamp for the readers out there, this is my personal fav in the house. Next to another 55" TV with full access to amazon prime. (This is included in the basement) Garage: So.. this puppy is fairly crammed with some toys of the tenant and my own, however... Neither of us use the garage, especially in the winter so, if you need anything stored let one of us know ahead of time and we can get you a key because it is locked full time.
