Stunning mountain views looking into Rocky Mountain National Park. Stroll along the banks of the north fork of the big Thompson river as we have riverfront access. Rocky Mountain National park is only 5 miles to the west. Fishing on property and numerous wildlife often sighted. Estes Park 11 miles West. -The accomodation is attached to our residence. We live in the main house which is upstairs. Guests may use the Suite and the lower area with its own private entrance. There's an outside seating area, a propane fire pit, a and spectacular views. We clean & disinfect the entire Suite after each guest, complying with cleaning specifications, paying close attention to commonly touched surfaces. There is an electric skillet, propane grill, toaster oven and microwave. We have approximately 7 acres of property that includes 400 feet of river access. From the Storm Mountain bridge 400 feet to the east. Lower level suite and adjoining large room as well as bathroom are all allowed access. from there everything to river is allowed. Concrete pad in front of garage is all guest space. You can exit your room and go down to the river through pasture and use picnic area. Timed Entry Permit Reservations are required to enter Rocky Mountain National Park between May 27 and October 10, 2022. Timed Entry Permit Reservations are in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for all areas of the park outside of the Bear Lake Road Corridor.
