Forest Edge on Back 40 Trails

Welcome to Forest Edge, a delightful guest suite on the Back 40 Trails and Razorback Greenway. A true bike-in/bike-out property! Ride the trails or enjoy all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! We are 15 minutes from the Bentonville Square--home of Crystal Bridges, farmer's market, and excellent restaurants. We comfortably sleep 4, have 1.5 bathrooms, work area, relaxing living area and fully equipped kitchenette. We invite you to a refreshing stay surrounded by nature's beauty! The space This suite is located on our downstairs level with a private entrance reached from a slightly sloping gravel path from the driveway. Sleep on very comfortable queen-sized mattresses in the bedroom and futon couch in the living room. Our 1.5 bathrooms are spacious, clean, and convenient. The living area provides comfortable space to relax, and there is a separate work space with great lighting. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, electric frying pan, electric hot water pot, and coffee maker (with enough coffee for a few days!). You can also enjoy meals at the table. Secure and dry bike storage is available in a room under the house along the path. Key is hanging on the coat hook in the apartment. We also have a bike wash station with convenient hose. Enjoy the nearest lake, only a 10 min drive away. Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs area of the house with private entrance and lock code. The patio at the entrance to the suite with outside table, four chairs and sun umbrella, and the grassy area around the patio are also available for guest use. Firepit with wood available upon request. Other things to note Our space is in a quiet spot with views of the woods. Guests may occasionally hear sounds like water running or life upstairs. We live in a quiet neighborhood that cherishes privacy and peace. Everyone here is kind and respectful and expects the same in return. We appreciate that our guests acknowledge this and do the same. This allows everyone to enjoy our beautiful area. No pets, parties, or smoking! Laundry service is available upon request once a week. Guests may request a guest pass for Bella Vista amenities when they make their reservation (minimum 7 days notice). Amenities include golf, lakes, gyms, courts, pools. There are still some fees associated with using some of the amenities, but the card will allow the guests to use them. Four beach towels are provided in the closet.
