The space This apartment is located on the third level (THE TOWER DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR), it has three fully equipped rooms, each with air conditioning. It is specially designed for a cozy stay, every detail is very well taken care of for the comfort of our guests! A living room with a 55" TV with the HBO MAX app available for enjoyment at no additional cost, air conditioning in the living/dining room, two outdoor balconies where you can enjoy the tranquility of a hammock to read a book, or simply sit and enjoy a glass of wine or drink on the bar-type balcony, dryer and washing machine, 4-burner stove, internet and other amenities. The public beach is located a few steps from the residential area, where you can find restaurants and bars with the typical food of the country! Enjoy an unforgettable experience. Guest access The common areas are available for guest use, pool, gazebo, chairs, tables, grill, plus you can enjoy the playground and green areas of the residential complex. One corresponding parking space. Other things to note The residential complex has private surveillance, access with an electric gate and security cameras throughout the residential complex and parking lot. You should keep in mind that the electrical service in the Dominican Republic may have failures during your stay, which is not our responsibility, but in case this happens we are prepared with an electric power generator that will keep the lights, televisions and fans running for 4 to 6 hours if necessary (the generator does not turn on the air conditioners, refrigerator, washing machine, or dryer)
