It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A short 5 minute drive to the Allen Outlet Mall and Fairview. Coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine is included with your stay! There is a playground as well (roughly a 5 minute walk away) and lots of trails to walk on at night. Zero tolerance for parties. Parties will be broken up immediately and entire rental money will be forfeited and you'll be asked to leave. A $250-$750 fine will be administered if a house party is thrown.
