Cosy flat with air conditioning! ideally located close to the centre of Madrid. You will be close to Sol (22 min) and Atocha (7 min) by foot! Fully renovated and equipped, it can accommodate up to 3 guests. It has wifi, air conditioning, radiator heating and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels will be provided. For more information, please read the detailed description below. :) PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A GROUND FLOOR IN A TYPICAL MADRILENIAN CORRALA. THERE MAY NOT BE MUCH LIGHT. The space Facilities enjoyed by my guests: - Located near Atocha, 15 - 20 min walk from the centre of Madrid. Very close to major tourist attractions and main museums. Sol is a 20 min walk from the flat and Atocha train station is 7 min walking distance. - Renovated and fully equipped flat. - Wifi, bed linen and towels and toilet kit will be provided. - The studio is equipped with heating by electric radiators and air conditioning. Other features you should note: - The flat is located on the ground floor. -You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. -IT IS AN INTERIOR GROUND FLOOR. Living space: You will appreciate my home for its prime location. The flat can comfortably accommodate 3 people and is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A living room with four chairs, a coffee table and a television. A bathroom with shower one is also located in the flat. - A functional kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, cooking utensils. Guest access Depending on your arrival time, we will provide you with the information to access the apartment (through a receptionist or an autocheckin), hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you at the flat once you have checked in. Free check-ins take place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-ins made after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-ins made after 21:00h and up to 23:00h will have a surcharge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self-check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. If, due to circumstances beyond my control (delay in your flight, etc.), you arrive after 23:00h, there is no self-check-in option and the check-in must be done in person and in this case you will have to pay 35€ at the time of handing over the keys. We offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and you can check availability after that time. If you make a reservation at my accommodation within the last 24 hours, I would like to inform you that the check-in time may be delayed until 18:00 if the accommodation is not ready to receive you earlier. Check-in time is usually from 16:00h, or even earlier if the flat is ready, but in case I need more time to prepare it, I will do my best to get you into the accommodation as soon as possible. If you have any questions about check-in time or other aspects of your stay, please do not hesitate to ask. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, with special care in the summer months. There are bins on each floor of the building for this purpose. Leave the house tidy before your departure. Be respectful with the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once your booking is confirmed, I will require a copy of all passports or ID cards of all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to provide them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION (ID CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE.
