Single-bed room with TV & a funky, hand-painted ceiling & 2 windows bringing in plenty of light & with lovely views across the valley. The adjacent shower room will be shared if I have another guest staying. No shoes inside & no smoking/vaping. Fab location; close to M1, M62 and train station 5 mins walk away. The space The room is a good size for a single room with a small desk and chair (workspace), smart TV (no terrestrial channels only Iplayer, ITV X and Channels 4&5), plenty of wardrobe & drawer space, full length mirror & the room has lots of windows, making it bright & airey. I think that my home is cosy and welcoming, and it is well maintained. I wish for my guests to feel comfortable here. Guest access Use of kitchen and use of the dining room for meals. If eating in your bedroom, please wash plates after, rather than leaving them in your room overnight. Use of the shower/bathroom next to the room. Use of the garden. Use of the washing machine, if staying 7+days and clothes drying space. Reconfirming: Strictly no shoes, no smoking, no vaping, no drug taking in my house. No parties and no visitors please During your stay I live in the house but will be at work most days. I'm contactable via mobile when I am not at not at home. I (& my partner if present) am happy to interact with my guests at home, but equally I /we will respect guests’ privacy if they do not wish to interact. Other things to note I look after my 3-year granddaughter on Fridays, from 7-8am, so I cannot guarantee that it'll be quiet in in the house from when she arrives. Occasionally she stays over but will generally be asleep by 8pm. After using the bathroom, please keep the door open so we know that the bathroom is free & leave the window on the latch which helps to keep the bathroom aired. The same applies to your room; please keep the bedroom door open & window on the latch when you are not in your room. Please, do not leave any windows open when you are not in the house / when you check out. Thanks. Please keep the house door always locked. Please keep a hold of your key to use during your stay and to let yourself out on check out. Car parking: is on-street. Your privacy will be 100% respected, as I would expect mine to be when I'm not home. Thank you.
