Located in a small cottage community, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings while being close to local attractions and amenities. Ideal for families or small groups! Other things to note This modern beachfront duplex sleeps 5-6 people comfortably. The futon in the living room is small but suitable for 1-2 smaller adults or 2 kids. **Important Notes:** - *No parties* of any kind (bachelor/bachelorette, weddings, events) allowed—our cottage is part of a small community with a strict zero-tolerance policy. - While we spray for mosquitoes, they may still be present in summer months. - The communal pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, 9 am-10 pm, weather permitting. - Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on-site. - We are pet-friendly!
