The space We think you'll appreciate the history of our lovely coach house. It was originally an art studio for Mr Gugler, a lithographer. When we excavated during the first renovation, we unearthed a lot of his old lithography stones. He also incorporated the lithography stones in the fireplace, which we hope you'll enjoy. From 1993-2008 it was my art studio. Our family has enjoyed the 27 years that we have lived in our home. We're approaching the centennial anniversary of the coach house which predates our house. We hope you love it as much as we do! Guest access There is a private entrance and the backyard has a swing set, deck and outdoor dining space. Other things to note We have an acre backyard with a swing set that is a pleasant retreat for young families.
