The space Cosy 1 bedroom cottage (with deck), overlooking Nipit Lake, near skiing (Apex), golf (very close), both Skaha and Okanagan Lakes, and excellent nearby fishing (notably in White Lake - 5 minutes away) Guest access Guests are welcome to access the cottage deck and the yard area around the cottage. Other things to note Driveway up to the cottage is a bit steep - and can be slightly challenging in the winter without a 4WD (depending on the latest snow conditions).
