The space This 1,050 sq-ft home features an open design with cathedral ceiling that includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and counter space for four; separate dining area that seats six; cozy living space with ceiling fan, stereo, satellite WIFI with streaming on Roku TV; sliding doors to a large wrap-around deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs; full bathroom downstairs with shower and stacked washer/dryer; and two bedrooms upstairs (1 queen, 1 twin bunkbeds) with a balcony that overlooks the living area.PLEASE NOTE: Wood stove use is not allowed, nor are fires outside. Thank you. Guest access The cabin is a standalone structure, all of which is available for guest use. Feel free to hike the neighboring 300-acre Christmas tree farm. Other things to note Being in a rural setting, the cabin has satellite WIFI. While reliable, the speed may be slower than you are accustomed to and can be subject to decreased performance during inclement weather. It accommodates streaming and browsing, but would likely not be adequate for applications like video conferencing. As noted in house rules, fires are prohibited, both in the wood stove and outside.
