Cozy Studio Apartment

Side B Unit- kick back and relax at this peaceful and centrally-located 2nd floor studio apartment located in Saint Lucie West. Close enough to do some shopping, visit beaches, and catch a quick baseball game, yet far enough to have some quiet. Our cozy studio can sleep up to four guests. Great for a small family or a quick business trip. We also have an adjoining unit next door which has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a bedroom with a king bed and can be booked separately if available. The space The living space consists of one bedroom with one queen bed and a queen sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, hot plate, mini air fryer, kettle, microwave, silverware/plates, coffee maker, and espresso maker. The bathroom has a tub/shower available. You can have access to the washer/dryer located in the closet outside of the unit if needed. Guest access The entire studio apartment on side B is accessible. Shared Washer/dryer access available. Wifi available. Other things to note Unit is located on the 2nd floor. Required to climb one flight of stairs. There is an adjoining unit next door which we own as well. No smoking allowed inside of the unit. Additional charges will be assessed. The association doesn’t allow commercial vehicles to park in the neighborhood, or trucks with cargo covers. If you have a vehicle that has a sign or some lettering they may give you an issue. However, we do have two blank magnets to cover a small logo or sign.
