Gite for 12 people. 15 max. Ground floor: 1 kitchen open to the dining room, a living room (55m2). +2 sofa beds. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms + bathroom. On the 2nd floor: 2 adjoining bedrooms in a row with 4 double beds. Shared bathroom. The Volvic stone stairs are in common. Natural pool: 5m/10m shared with the owners. Deposit of €1500. Evenings are of course forbidden. Pets present. 8€ extra per pet per day 2 nights minimum. 3 nights minimum on decks. The space Linens and towels are provided in the bedrooms but not for the sofa beds. Other things to note Contract to be signed with the owner 50% deposit Security deposit of €1500
