Renovated Breton house in the quiet countryside of Lézardrieux, 2 km from the sea. House that can accommodate 5 people with its 3 bedrooms (the beds are made on your arrival), its equipped kitchen, its cozy living room. Its position allows the departure of visits to places such as the island of Bréhat (15 min), the Sillon du Talbert (10 min), the pink granite coast (40 min), the forest of Penhoat, the chasm of Plougrescant, the cliffs of Plouha. Main house with equipped kitchen, cozy living room with wood stove, bathroom and Italian shower, upstairs a large bedroom equipped with an adult bed and a baby bed, a small adjoining children's room. Beds are made upon arrival. The fully renovated barn will accommodate 2 teenagers upstairs (ceiling height 1.70 m) no direct access from the house to the outbuilding, a TV games lounge area on the ground floor. Educated and clean animals are allowed except in bedrooms. You will be asked for a supplement of €10. The house is clean on your arrival and must be returned clean, if this is not the case a cleaning fee of €70 will be requested on site. Guest access The house is located at the end of a 250 m cul-de-sac. The calm of its position will surprise you, while being only 2 km from the village and the beaches. The calm of the surrounding paths will allow you to take walks or bike rides. A room adjoining the house will allow you to store your bikes or other personal belongings that locks.
