Walking distance to Notre-Dame, le Marais, Canal St.-Martin, La Seine, Rue de Rivoli, Châtelet et Opera Bastille. Guest access You may use the kitchen, with cooking-pits, réfrigerator and freezer, and the shower, aswell as all the furnitures. There's a 90 cm loft bed, for one or two persons, and inflatable matrasses at your disposition. During your stay I will be absent during your stay. We will have an exchange of keys.
