Starts with a gated drive and ends with an amazing indoor heated pool/sauna, steps off your Chef's kitchen. Professionally decorated, new carpet/paint and furnishings. Heated floor & luxurious master suite. This house has everything, from pool safety cover, locking door & integrated pool shower. Outside enjoy your fire-ring, grill, outdoor swing. Not Waterfront, as Airbnb shows, near lake. The space Beautiful property with indoor pool, sauna and gourmet kitchen. Great place for kids, families or corporate retreats. Secluded on 30 acres, close to town, easy access. Lots of space indoor and out. You won’t want to leave! 4 large bedrooms with walk in closets on one end of the house, with the last 2 bedrooms on the pool end, with the entry, library, living room, kitchen, dining and laundry separating the two sleeping locations. All rooms have heated floors and extra special attention to cleaning and decor. Guest access The entire house, pool and property is there for your entertainment! Please stay away from the area to left of the unused driveway. Alaska used to use old vehicles as ‘fill’ in the low parts. There are old cars in the land to the left of the old driveway, not the driveway you used to get the house, but the other drive that leads to the old homestead cabins on Murphy’s Bluff Road. Please Keep the Kids away from here as there will be broken metal, sharp metal and glass. There are old buildings at the original homestead site at the bottom right, of the old driveway. Please stay away, the old homestead cabins are dilapidated and dangerous. These areas are the only off-limits locations on all 30 acres. Have fun!! Other things to note There is surrounded sound with speakers everywhere, 4 walk-in closets, 3 showers (if you count the pool shower). The house is super insulated, so be careful if you turn the heat up too high, takes a long time to cool back down. The body jets may not be able to keep-up with the water heater if you use them for long. Or if you use multiple showers at a time, you may need to wait for the water heater to catch up. The house and water are heated on a boiler system.
