This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry area, fully-equipped kitchen, quiet patio/deck overlooking a tranquil pond. 15 min from downtown Fairhope and a 45 minute drive to the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach area. Also enjoy the 4-person golf cart to tour the neighborhood. Close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and beautiful strolls. The space Starting in late September there will be a pool / fitness facility for use in the neighborhood amenities Bedrooms have minimal furniture currently; you can see what is available through looking at the photos before booking. Master has an air mattress, office area has a pull-out couch, bunk bed in bedroom 3 and full size bed in bedroom 4. We adhere to very strict standards of cleanliness and thoroughly wash on high heat all bedding / blankets / etc. as well as sanitize all surfaces with high-grade disinfectants between stays. This is a NON-SMOKING home. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or deck)
