It's nestled between Hill City and Pactola Lake, so it's centrally located to attractions and close to atv/utv trails. You'll have Wi-Fi and central air to use and can relax in the hot tub or play a game of pool. Just enjoy the peace and serenity of the Black Hills while sitting on the deck. This truly is a home away from home. The space This 4 bedroom home is located on Edelweiss Mountain. Main level has a bedroom with a queen bed. Full bath on this level as well as kitchen, laundry, and living room. Second level has a king bed and full bathroom. 3rd level has a bedroom with a queen bed. Basement has a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. Living area and game room area. A hide a bed sleeper is on this level. Patio leads out to the hottub area. This home has central air, wifi, hot tub and a large parking area. Garage can not be used! This is a gated community and we ask that you respect the area and the neighbors. Other things to note No open fires other than your propane grille. Quiet time is 10 pm and if it is loud outside after that time authorities will be called.
