Great little TinyHome next to the Rio Grande. Comfortable for 1 but can sleep 2 in the Queen Bed in the sleeping loft. Ladder access only requires good mobility/dexterity. Great little workspace sports an Electric fireplace and warms you while you work remotely. If you look you may catch a glimpse of our resident roadrunners. Take a break and walk 17 acres along the rio grande or toss a line out and catch fresh trout for dinner. Kitchen is compact and functional w airfryer and stove top! The space Kitchen has all the essential cookware/utensils for enjoying a home cooked meal. Overhead hanging pots and pans in easy reach to make a quick meal on the 2 burner stove top or in the airfryer . While you are waiting for your food to cook you can sit back on the loveseat with your favorite glass of vino and catch up on your favorite binge worthy show on the streaming roku screen. If getting a great night sleep is more in order, climb up the ladder to the sleeping loft and flop down onto the comfy queen bed and star gaze through the overhead window until you doze off. The bathroom has a flush toilet (vs a composting one) and a shower to wash away your days tension with endless on demand hot water. Guest access The entire tiny home is available including the small deck outside. A charcoal grill is right off the deck for those that are true BBQ purists. Other things to note The sleeping loft requires physical ability to climb a ladder. The ladder is telescoping and is rated for 330 pounds of human. The ladder locks in position to use and can be retracted when not in use. Many are not familiar with how a telescoping ladder works. The safe way to retract the ladder, so you do not pinch your fingers when retracting is, simply keep fingers clear of rungs when releasing the locks. Safety instructions are on the ladder if one forgets.
