Two oceanfront balconies, suite, wifi 600, garage

Apt. bright, all in porcelain and well ventilated. There are 2 bedrooms, one suite and another bedroom with 3 single beds. I also have a sofa bed in the living room that accommodates 2 people, but it loses comfort due to the open sofa in the living room, but I can accommodate up to 7 people. The space Please read carefully!!! The space is located on the avenue of the beach, in Cidade Ocian, Praia Grande, southern coast of São Paulo. It is on the first floor of a 03-story building with two flights of stairs, without elevator. It is well ventilated, very bright and the view is wonderful. We have only a parking space not demarcated for passenger vehicles with normal dimensions or motorcycle. Bed and bath linens are provided upon hiring and payment at least 72 hours in advance. When contracted, it is not allowed to bring bathing suits to the sea, for this purpose we request that you bring towels and cangas from home. It is not allowed to receive visits during the accommodation without the proper written authorization of the owner. It is not allowed to smoke any type of cigarettes, including electronics such as Narguilé in the common areas of the condominium and inside the apartment. We request to park your vehicle in a way that does not obstruct the vehicles of other residents or guests and allow you to exit with ease. If you do not intend to leave by car during your stay, park at the back of the parking lot, with the parking card visibly positioned on the vehicle panel. It is possible to do everything on foot, the area is full of supermarkets, wineries, ice cream shops, ice cream shops, pharmacies, clothing stores, shoes, crafts and gifts in general. For the safety of everyone in the condominium, we request that when entering and going, carefully observe the total closure of both the glass door and also of the pedestrian gates that must remain locked not allowing the entry of unauthorized persons because we do not have a physical entrance. When returning from the beach, it is essential that everyone, without exception, passes through the foot wash located in the hallway to the right of the building for those who enter the condominium to remove excess sand. It is not allowed children to play ball or play in the common areas or in the reserved spaces for garage, sit on the walls of the balconies or windows of the apt. Towels, clothes and wet carpets should be extended only on the clothesline, never on the supports of the balconies and windows. We request that during the periods of great celebrations of the year as holidays and amendments, Christmas, new year and carnival, save water because although we have a large reservoir in the condominium, water may be missing in the city due to the large number of people settling on the coast on these dates. Guests may not be removed from the reservation after check-in has begun. Guest access Upon arrival at the condominium, access will be made with the accompaniment of the hosts Mrs. Claudete, Mr. Amorim or the Co-host Aline, daughter of the owners. No other person is allowed to receive them. Guests have access to a parking space, shower with foot-washing faucet, electronic gates for passenger vehicles or motorcycles, and manual pedestrian gates. The control that opens the garage can only be used when the entrance and exit is by vehicle or motorcycle; to enter and exit on foot, use the smaller manual gates. After check-in, you are not allowed to change the number of guests in the reservation without being charged separately, even if the initial number of guests is less than 4 people. If you need to change the dates of your reservation, you are only allowed to change it to a maximum of 15 days after the date of the initial reservation. Other things to note The space is located in a building facing the sea, totally familiar, on the 1st floor of stairs. It is not allowed to smoke any type of cigarettes, Narguillé or e-cigarettes in the internal areas of the condominium and apartment. In this apartment no pets are allowed, if you need to bring your pet, talk to the hostess who may indicate other apartments that allow pets. We have 01 (one) parking space for passenger vehicles that have a maximum of 05 seats and that can be used throughout your stay. SUVs, pickup trucks and other vehicles with a height, width and length outside the standard of 5-passenger passenger vehicles are not allowed. Obstructing parking spaces by parking your vehicle outside the designated parking space is not permitted. On the ground floor of the condominium there is a bicycle rental shop so you can get to know the 26 km of beaches by having fun alone or with the family! The view from the two balconies and the kitchen window are lush. In this apartment we do not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Garbage must be separated and disposed of in the existing bins on the waterfront or in the orange containers installed on the beach sand. Obstructing parking spaces by stopping your vehicle in the maneuvering aisle is not permitted. After check-in, you are not allowed to change the number of guests in the reservation.
