Guernsey Cottage

Guernsey is a newly converted detached barn, once used as a milking parlour, (milking Guernsey cows)! has been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm which has been in the same family for four generations and is still a working farm. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice and help. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. The space A spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. A separate cosy living room with a wood effect fire. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Stairs from hallway to first floor. Bedroom1: The master bedroom with a king size bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. En-suite: Bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2: King size zip and link bed, this will be made as a king however can be made up a single beds on request. Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with 2'6" single bed. Family Bathroom: A shower room with a walk-in shower hand basin and WC. Outside there is a pretty enclosed sitting area overlooking the fields, a large play area for ball games with football goal, swing ball. The fields surrounding the farm are available for the guests to explore. Guest access Guernsey Cottage is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Colleridge link and the nearby East Devon Way.
