Naples Beach Cottage *Family and Dog Friendly*

This beautiful family friendly home is located just one mile from the beach in the very desirable Naples Park. It is on a corner lot with room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. This house is just minutes away from the well known Mercato Shopping Center and within 1-2 miles of many other stores, restaurants and grocery stores. The space Designed with a beach theme from the floor to the ceiling. The kitchen has plenty of room for preparing meals with a nice open floor plan and quartz counter tops! This is a very family friendly home! The nearest beach access is one mile away! We also have a gas grill available for your use. Two bedrooms have queen size beds. The third bedroom is located through a sliding glass door off the kitchen and there you will find 2 queen size beds. We also provide a pack n play and a high chair for our younger visitors! Along with beach chairs and Beach Towels! Washer and Dryer are also available for your use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, yard and driveway. Part of the garage is used for storing owner belongings. Other things to note No smoking inside or outside anywhere on this property. We allow a maximum of 2 vehicles, both must fit in the driveway. No street or yard parking. If you are traveling with a pet they must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times. Please pick up all poop outside.
