It has two doors which opens to the garden. The bedroom has storage facilities and a TV. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two storey house and the owners live upstairs but your privacy is maintained. The apartment is walking distance to the Whanganui river which you can access through the back entrance. All you need to do is call us or contact us using the Airbnb app. We are located only 5 minutes drive from Whanganui hospital and town. The airport is only 3 minutes drive. The apartment is on a lifestyle block so classed rural so you’ll get to see farm animals . The river is close by, only a few minutes walk. The apartment is on a lifestyle block so there is plenty space to move around. The is free parking for two vehicles and plenty off street parking. The roads are all in good condition. Please note that it’s a two storey house, walls are concrete but floor is wooden, so people living downstairs will hear some noise from upstairs. This property is on a lifestyle block so be prepared to hear animals during the day for example dogs barking, rooster crowing and chickens clucking. We have some animals in our small farm, a few lambs and cattle which children love to see. The large shed around the corner is used for construction work. You might hear sounds of the machinery or meet the workers during the day. They are just there doing their job. They park their vehicles a short distance from the apartment so you might see/meet workers come and go. Incase someone is blocking your vehicle, all you need to do is ask them to move their vehicles. Finally, this is a non-smoking and non-vaping property and hope you’ll respect these rules.
