Make memories at this unique farm stay. A charming, rustic get away for the end of the trail. You'll enjoy 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, and a cozy pellet stove for the extra cold days. Mini split a/c + heat in main area. Located about 800 feet from Mammoth Cave's Lincoln Trailhead. Farm animals of goats, chickens, horses bunny. *There is a possibility of bugs inside as we support pollinators, less spraying. *This cabin has shared roof and walls with camp bathrooms, just as a hotel would. The space Resting near the centerof Noble Pine Campground, the Trail Boss Cabin is your next farm stay. Owners reside near the back of the property and will provide care for the animals in the barn, which is located near the Trail Boss Cabin. You’ll find the cabin well equipped with basic kitchen necessities. The quickest route, about 25 minutes, to Mammoth Cave Visitor Center is via a free ride on the Green River Ferry. Call for availability. *Without the ferry it’ll be 40 minutes or more. **Please note you may like to shop or or if it’s later, eat out, prior to arrival as this a very rural area. The local businesses tend to close early. Also, this is a dry county. This means there is no sale of alcohol locally. Guest access You’re welcome to explore the campground, just don’t open pens, gates etc or put fingers in bunny hutches, etc. There may be horse campers with their private horses on-site, please ask permission prior to interacting with these horses Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome. Leashes are required due to free range chickens and cats *** To protect pollinators and others we do not use harsh pesticides and there is a possibility of bugs inside. We try to keep them away with eco friendly spray, but there’s a possibility of encounters with bugs and even rodents in this rural farm experience.
