Smart TV, an electric fireplace and open space concept the kitchen and breakfast bar, makes it perfect to prepare your meals and relax after a day in the beach. The balcony has outdoor furniture where you can sit, enjoy a morning coffee with sunrise or an sunset drink. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, a dual Keurig coffee maker, toaster and instapot. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware and basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. are provided. BEDROOMS: The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size and closet space, one smaller bedroom with a full size daybed, a twin trundle under and a desk, perfect for kids (and adults that need a space to work) . Linens are included. BATHROOM: One bathroom with a walk-in shower and towels, beach towels and toiletries. PARKING: Parking is private and ONE spot offered in the building. *NO visitors parking or 2nd car parking available*. Parking has a gate and needs an opener that will be left in the apartment. You'd need to come up to get it before parking your car and make sure you return it upon your departure for the next guests. Openers not returned will carry a $100 fee ACCESS: Located in the 4th floor, the apartment can be accessed via elevator and stairs. During the off season, the beach is empty, sometimes covered with snow and the quietness is breathtaking, perfect for long walks and down time. Pretty much everything is walking distance.
