Washer and drying is also in the hallway. New impact windows installed February 2024. Guest access There is a community in ground salt water pool with pool chairs and tables. Next to the pool are gas grills for all guest to use. Tennis courts are located next to the pool for guest use also. Other things to note No pets allowed. Violation is a $400 fine. No party events and no smoking inside condo, or lanai nor anywhere on the grounds of the complex.
