We do not have a boiler service for pool heating. The fan and light in bedroom 5 are under repair. Guest access 🔑 Check-in / Checkout To make your arrival as comfortable as possible, at the time of booking we ask that you share your INE through the group that we will create especially for your stay. This allows us to prepare everything in advance and expedite your check-in. Check-in starts at 3:00 P.M. Access is provided via a lockbox with the keys, ensuring that you can enter without any issues, even if it’s late. Check-out is before 12:00 P.M. At check-out, it is mandatory to notify and confirm the delivery of keys to the property manager. Other things to note Helpful recommendations for your arrival: Before arriving at the house, we recommend going to buy everything you need for your stay, such as food and drinks. Inside the subdivision there is a tent with essentials, and the nearest Oxxo is about a 20-minute drive away. If you have a chance, at the Yautepec market you will find delicious cecina ideal for roasting. Upon entering the house, you are provided with a free load of firewood for the fire. If you want to do more bonfires during your stay, they can bring extra firewood or request more with an extra cost per load. We also suggest bringing charcoal in case you want to use the grill that is on the palapa. Invoicing If you require an invoice, we ask you to share your proof of tax status, use of CFDI and email. The invoice will be sent no later than 48 hours after check-out.
