This home is exclusively designed for traveling guests, ensuring a clutter-free environment. • This property is a triplex with each unit having its own separate entry and private space. Other things to note • Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs to ensure that our property is properly cleaned and sanitized for each guest. However, if you require an early check-in or late check-out due to extenuating circumstances, we can arrange for additional help at an extra cost of $50 per occurrence. This fee covers the expenses of providing the necessary assistance to expedite the setup process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our guests. • Late check-outs after 10 am will incur a charge of $50 per hour. • Local residents living in Southern California, please contact us first before booking. We do not allow local residents to host parties, birthday celebrations, seminars, or group events. • Noise complaints may lead to cancellation of the reservation without a refund. We strictly prohibit parties, noise violations, or complaints from neighbors. • NO SMOKERS. Smoking tobacco, vaping, or marijuana is strictly prohibited inside and outside around the house. We maintain a smoke-free environment out of respect for our guests and neighbors. Smoking is only permitted outside the premises. • Smoking any substance inside the house will result in a minimum charge of $500 for additional cleaning fees. These fees may increase based on the extent of smell, smoke, or ash. • NO ILLEGAL DRUGS. • NO PETS. We are allergic to pet hair. Bringing pets onto the premises without authorization will result in additional cleaning fees for any pet hair, feces, or damages caused by the pets. • Please be aware that security cameras are installed in the exterior parking area of the house for safety. There are no security cameras inside the house. • Please note that occasionally, we may need to update or change the furniture and linens in our accommodations without prior notice. However, we assure you that any changes made will be of the same quality and will be carefully selected to maintain a high standard of comfort and style. • Maintenance or services like pest control may require entry into the home. Appointments for such instances will always be scheduled in advance, seeking your approval. You do not need to be present during these visits. • Our listing has a cancellation policy in place. Once a reservation is within the non-cancellation period, any alterations to the booking, such as shortening the trip, will not be permitted. However, if you wish to extend your stay and the dates are available, you are welcome to do so. Please carefully review your travel plans before the non-cancellation period begins to ensure they align with your desired stay duration. • We do not accept USPS mail or packages for delivery at our location. You can opt for same-day delivery services such as Amazon, Postmates, Uber Eats, FedEx, UPS, etc., which will deliver your orders directly to the door. Alternatively, you can ship packages to nearby Amazon Lockers, FedEx Office, or UPS Stores. We are not responsible for lost packages, so we strongly recommend opting for "signature required" delivery or self-pick-up services.
