Less than 10 minute drive to Albany Mall and Albany Bus station, from where it is just an 18 minute bus ride into the CBD. It is well located to the beaches of the North Shore and 40 minutes from the airport. The space Surrounded by native bush, you will love waking to the local bird life. This lovely cosy studio is completely private and has all the home comforts you need, including washing machine. The bedroom has a king bed with quality linen. There's a single mattress or cot available for a child if needed. The kitchen and living area is open plan and flows out onto a private deck. You can drive down our shared driveway where you will park outside the flat, which is positioned above the garage. Guest access You will have full access to the studio with an exclusive deck area. Once you have booed we will communicate details around the key. Other things to note The driveway and drive is shared with the main house so please be mindful about parking.
