I live on the property, and you will have a private room with two single beds while the other areas are shared. Guest access The condominium areas can be accessed within the limits of privacy and the rules of the property. The swimming pools are available for guest use, according to the condominium's guidelines. We also have a bicycle rack available. Other things to note For security reasons, the condominium requires a simple temporary rental agreement, sent before the reservation. For health reasons, we do not accept pets. We do not host children under 12 years old. The condominium has a 24-hour doorman, night patrol, electric fence, and automatic gate. Receiving visitors during your stay is not permitted. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Hanging towels on the balcony is prohibited — please use the clothesline provided. Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet.
