This Newly renovated, stylish property is perfect for group trips as it has 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 sofa beds in the lounges. Combining the main house and the annexe, there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. Two kitchens means it's never over-crowded, and the games room in the garden allows even more room to chill out. The house is a 10 minute walk to town and the beach is only 15 minute walk away. We have 1 parking space but plenty of room on the road for parking. The space The property has two entrances as can be divided into two properties but has internal doors to open the property up for a large group. If you make a booking via this link you will be booking both properties and they will be open up as so. There is two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms, one bathroom has a separate bath, shower and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower over the bath with a toilet. Also on the ground floor there are two kitchens and two lounges and dining areas. The large kitchen, lounge and dining area looks out over the garden. Upstairs there are 3 more double bedrooms and a bath room with shower, toilet and sink. The garden has a large patio and grass area and then a large games lodge at the end of the garden. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note This property can be divided into two properties. There is an internal door that will be open during your stay to have the two properties as one.
