View of Lj castle

Enjoy a newly renovated studio apartment with an exclusive view of the old city and the castle hill, just a hundred meters away from all major city attractions! The studio is tiny, but the high ceiling and a huge window overlooking Lj castle gives it a comfy vibe and a feeling of spaciousness. Functional layout of the space as well as the charming blend of new architecture and antique details will satisfy even the more demanding guest. Be aware: tourist tax is not included in the price. The space The newly build studio is only 16 m2 large (8 m2 living room with kitchen, 2 m2 bathroom, 6 m2 bedroom - on the gallery), but the functional arrangement makes it very comfortable. The window of the studio is big, overlooking Ljubljana castle, which gives the apartment an estonishing view and a feeling of spaciousness (a dark curtain will help you sleep, if you prefere darkness). The studio apartment is decorated with original antique mirror and eye-catching tiles, it's kitchen is basic, but functional, the bathroom is bright due to a glass wall and tidy. The temperature in the room is always chilly, due to the 1m thick walls of the house, in the winter you can regulate the temperature yourself by turning the radiator thermostat. In the studio there are: a closet for clothes with hangers and one shelve, dining table and 2 chairs. Upstairs there is a double bed accessible via a step ladder. WI-FI, towels and bed linen are provided. In the bathroom there are shower, toillete and basin, a hairdryer is also there. The kitchen has a fridge, a portable induction cooktop, a toaster, water heater and all basic dishes. In the kitchen you will also find salt, sugar and coffee. The studio is located in an 180 m2 old-fashioned 1th floor apartment, in which I also live with my family (we have a separate studio, but share a common corridor with our guests). The house - hundred years old without elevator - was build right after the biggest Ljubljana's earthquake in 1895. The high ceiling, fresco remnants, stone staircase and parquet flooring with inlay are giving the building a nice antique atmosphere. Guest access Unfortunately we can not provide a parking space, but there is a parking house very near (1 min walking) and other parking opportunities inside and outside the city centre (the cheapest way is to park the car outside the centre and use public bus to arrive literally in front of our house). Other things to note PS: The appartment used to be headquarters of theatre and visual artists collective Ljud, so it likes to host friendly, creative and open minded people:) Guests from all backgrounds welcome!
