The Pink House

This lovely small cottage originally came into my family as a retirment home for my (then) 90 year old mother, Olive. She loved the place except for its original colour and so promptly painted it Pink. The house has many of her touches still in it, such as the cross stitch pictures framed on the walls. Nana Olive was well known through Tokoroa for her hospitality and warm welcome she offered at the Pink House, and we are delighted to continue this tradition. The space There are 4 beds in the house and a cot on request. There is plenty of off road parking in the front yard and it has both a front and rear verandah. The hot water is gas at full mains pressure so there is never a shortage of water for showers. It has both a heat pump/air conditioner and a fireplace with wood, for that extra atmosphere and warmth in the cooler season. Guest access The house is fully accessible. The only parts unavialable are 2 locked storage cupboards.
