Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 8th until October 18th in 2026. The space Beautiful villa with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a sauna. The master bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two 80x200 cm beds, one of which is positioned on the floor. The villa also includes a high-quality air mattress that you are welcome to use. The villa is heated by an air source heat pump, electric batteries and a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, dish washer, toaster, etc. In the bathroom is a shower, a toilet, floor heating, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, fire woods + everything else except for cleaning is included in the price. Other things to note The villa is ideal for 2–4 visitors, but there are beds for up to five. The bunk beds are 80×200 cm, with one positioned at floor level (please see pictures). The air mattress measures 97×191 cm. The heated swimming pool is not in use from late fall until late spring.
