Beautiful villa by the sea

In 2022 completely renovated villa by the sea with a private and heated swimming pool only an 80km drive from Helsinki and 35 minutes drive from the centre of Porvoo. Here you can enjoy the peace of your own private yard in a villa decorated beautifully in a modern scandinavian style. The heated swimming pool is included in the price and is in use from May 10th until October 19th in 2025. The space Beautiful villa with two bedrooms, a large living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna. In the "master bedroom" is a double bed and in the other bedroom is a bunk bed. In the villa is also a high quality air mattress that you can use. The villa is heated by an air source heat pump, electric batteries and a fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, dish washer, toaster, etc. In the bathroom is a shower, a toilet, floor heating, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, fire woods + everything else except for cleaning is included in the price. Other things to note The villa is ideal for 2-4 visitors but there are beds for five visitors. The bunk beds are 190x80cm.
