A hair dryer and a flat iron for the ladies! - Guest full Bathroom: Recently updated bathrooms with a walk in shower. Shampoos /conditioners and body wash will be provided as well as a hair dryer and a flat iron for the ladies! Living room: Sofas, bar chairs, foosball table, various games, 65" Sony smart TV, ceiling fan, extra pillows and throws. Dining Room: Large dining table, seat 8 people. Breakfast nook: another large dining table in a spacious kitchen. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with essential needs for your cooking. We provide a complimentary startup for snacks, coffee, tea. Big size refrigerator with filtered water. Pots/pans and dishes provided. Laundry room: Brand new washer/dryer appliances! Large back yard with patio furniture for family gatherings. NOTE: Garage, and pantry closet in the kitchen are not available for guests to use. Host will use this to store inventories. Fireplace: This is currently not working and cannot be used. Guest access Everything is accessible, except: Garage, fireplace, and a pantry closet in the kitchen. We use them for storing inventories. Fireplace is not working at a moment. Other things to note - We send out entry access code 30 minutes before check in time. - Trash pick up will be on Tuesday. For guests with more than a week stay, we ask that you would take out the trash bins for us on Monday night to ensure the trash pick up on Tuesday morning.
