Whether you're lounging on the patio or by one of the two heated pools, cooking in the kitchen, or exploring local gems nearby, this condo offers everything you need for the ultimate getaway! Guest access Guests may access all rooms in condo except owner's closet in second bedroom. Complex has laundry facility for all guests using app operated machines. Guests can load money into the app to operate the machines and the app tells guests when laundry is finished washing and/or drying. Other things to note PETS: Pets allowed up to 20#. Additional cleaning fee of $75 per pet. Larger sized pets negotiable with owner. Host provides couch covers for guests bringing pets. Family-Friendly Amenities: Guests traveling with little ones can request baby equipment, including a Pack ‘n Play and a booster seat, upon booking reservation. Please contact the host about this service. Host provides couch covers for guests with small children to prevent stains on living room couches. Please do not sit on couches with wet bathing suits or bodies with suntan lotion. Host provides all guests with 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach wagon, and a movable cooler to take to the beach. Beach toys such as boogie boards, bucket/shovels, frisbees, squirt guns, and pool noodles also provided for children. Underage Guests: Host will consider groups of guests under 25 with additional $1000 deposit paid up front. Deposit will be immediately refunded within 48 hours once cleaning service has verified condition of the unit. Please contact host for additional details. Hotel Occupancy Taxes: South Padre Island charges an 11% hotel occupancy tax (HOT). The state of Texas charges a 6% hotel occupancy tax. These taxes are only collected on stays less than 30 days. There are no occupancy taxes on stays over 30 days, they are considered long terms stays. Both HOT taxes are applied to the nightly room rate, cleaning and/or pet fee. These taxes are listed as PROPERTY TAXES in the reservation itemized list of fees. One week prior to your arrival host will send the internet lock code for the unit.
