Located on the outskirts of the city but a 5-minute walk from downtown, surrounded by green areas for walking, hiking, cycling, a 2-minute walk away is a newly restored washhouse and fountain that was once used to wash clothes, the possibility of disconnecting and listening to the sounds of nature; ample outdoor parking area and common laundry area. The space Apartment A is a duplex. Downstairs you will find a large kitchen with everything you need for everyday use such as a toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, etc. From there you can access a small terrace where you can disconnect and breathe fresh air with mountain views. You will also find the living area and a full bathroom. The upper part has a full bathroom with a large shower and two bedrooms with 1.50 beds and aloe vera pillows. It is very bright and sunny. Guest access Common area: the laundry area. Other things to note Leave the apartment in good condition. A surcharge will be charged for leaving the apartment dirty or not taking out the trash.
