Situated in one of Wellington's newest suburbs Churton Park boasts a lovely local village with supermarket and cafe. Enjoy the local reserve walks or head into town. Other things to note Note that our home is set up for a mixture of adults (4 max) and kids/teenagers. Bedroom 2: Bunk beds will accommodate teenagers and below. Kids need to be of sufficient age to be on the top bunk, due to height. Bedroom 3: Has a trundler bed. King single, with a bed underneath that can be made into a 2nd single bed that has legs that bring it to the same height. These can also be combined side-by-side to make a double bed.
