Come spend the weekend with all your family at our cozy cabin! What this house lacks in indoor space is made up with the beautiful outdoor spaces: decks both screened and not screened, as well as an awesome dock and ample shore space to spend time near the water. Located in an ideal area on Lake Logan Martin called “Clear Creek” by the locals, watch boats pass from the beautiful deck from sunrise to sunset without having the rough water for swimming you would experience on the main channel! The space Upstairs is comprised of two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Two bathrooms, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen community spaces. Through the back doors are the screened deck, and open deck. Down the outside stairs are two additional bedrooms one having a queen bed and four bunks and a third bathroom and one with four bunks. Please note the downstairs area is not accessible without exiting through the porch or front door. Venturing further into the backyard, there is a bonfire pit area, and a dock with room for your boat (the lift is set up to accommodate up to a 28’ pontoon/Tri toon), and a waterslide. There is a dedicated workspace (desk and chair) within the primary bedroom. Additional workspaces include the kitchen peninsula and the dining table. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. There are keypad locks to access the upstairs and downstairs areas. Other things to note Each bedroom has its own white noise machine for guests to use.
