Guest access It is an individual apartment, with only the garage area and the building's outdoor area being shared Other things to note We have 6 apartments in the condominium, some on the ground floor and others on the upper floors, and not all have a view of the mountains and there may be small variations in the decorations and model of the room on the mezzanine, in relation to the photos shown! Ground floor apartment has the highest ceiling height. The guest will be accommodated according to availability on the day of the stay! Some units have a sofa bed, allowing up to three people to be accommodated, for an extra third occupant fee of R$80.00 per day of lodging.
