House is built over three levels with an open plan ground floor with kitchen and cosy dining areas with banquette seating. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook meals for all with a full oven, hob with 4 cooking zones, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and plenty of utensils and crockery. Newly fitted (Nov 24) shower room on this level with walk in shower with glass enclosure, basin, toilet and plenty of storage plus a washing machine. The middle floor has been completely renovated in 2023 and 2024 and includes a lovely double bedroom with views to the mountains from the bed, plus a new stylish bathroom just added this autumn, with bath and shower over, toilet, basin and storage. On the new top floor there is a new twin room plus a snug with sofa bed and futon and a wall mounted TV (Smart TCL 50 inch) with basic channels plus bio stove for cosy evenings. There will be a service charge of 120 euros for the final cleaning per booking, but we do not provide linens for monthly seasonal stays. We will consider 1 small dog for summer bookings.
