Other things to note ◆Regarding False Declarations of the Number of Guests ・We monitor the number of guests using the camera installed outside the entrance. ・If the actual number of guests differs from the reservation, additional charges will be applied. In cases of severe violations, we may report the incident to the police. ◆Regarding Futons in the Japanese-Style Room Please do not move the futons stored in the closet of the Japanese-style room to the first floor. Use them as they are in the second-floor Japanese-style room. ◆Regarding Indoor Furniture ・The tables, chairs, and other furniture in the facility are for indoor use only. Please do not use them outdoors. ・If any signs of outdoor use (such as dirt or stains) are found, an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 JPY will be charged. To make your stay more enjoyable, we offer the following three additional options. Please contact us if you are interested. ★BBQ★ You can have a BBQ in the courtyard for an additional 8,000 yen/per visit. ※Only the electric grill, low chairs and low table is included in the rental. Please bring your own food and cooking utensils. ※Please enjoy BBQ between 15:00 and 21:00. Please refrain from having a BBQ during the nighttime as it may disturb the neighbors. ※Please refrain from having BBQ in areas other than the designated areas as it may cause a fire. ★Special Room on 1F★ We have 1 special room. Please consider this room for when you have multiple families or groups. This room is available on request from an additional 20,000 yen per night. ★Fireplace★ The fireplace in the main living room is available to use for an additional fee. If you wish to use it, please contact the fireplace contractor who provides the firewood. There will be guidance on how to use the fireplace on the day of the event.
