Hi , I am making my apartment available for the season. Located in the city center of Concarneau, in a quiet and peaceful area, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the marina, the walled city, the sea and the beaches. All local shops, bars and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. Indoor market every morning: you will find excellent local products and two markets per week (Monday and Friday morning). The space Fully equipped bright apartment with sunny balcony will complete your stay in Concarneau. Third floor apartment (no elevator) comprising living room, kitchen, bedroom, loggia, shower room and separate toilet. On site, you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine... The living room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and an adjustable coffee table that converts into a dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 200), a walk-in closet and a second Smart TV. Bed and bath linen are provided. No pets allowed.
